Terms & Conditions – Skin Medic Solutions

By using the services of Skin Medic Solutions, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully before booking any consultation or treatment.
1. Practitioner & Business
Business: Skin Medic Solutions
Director & Clinical Lead: Olivia Sutton, NMC Registered Nurse Prescriber
All treatments are delivered by Olivia Sutton or other qualified personnel under her supervision.
2. Booking & Booking Fee
- All treatments require advance booking.
- A non-refundable booking fee of £25 is required to secure your appointment.
- The booking fee will be deducted from the total treatment cost.
- The booking fee is non-refundable, except in the rare event that the treatment cannot be provided due to clinic cancellation or unforeseen circumstances.
3. Payments
- Full payment for treatments is due on the day of service unless otherwise agreed.
- Payments can be made by Cash, credit or debit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay.
- The clinic reserves the right to refuse treatment if payment terms are not met.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
- If you cancel or reschedule within 48 hours of your appointment, the booking fee cannot be refunded.
- Failure to attend a booked appointment without notice will result in forfeiture of the booking fee.
5. Consultation, Medical Disclosure & Photography
- A consultation is required before all treatments to ensure suitability, discuss risks, and agree on outcomes.
- You must provide accurate and complete medical history and disclose any relevant conditions or medications.
- Before-and-after photographs are mandatory for all treatments due to professional insurance requirements. These images are used for clinical records and may also be used for training, audit, or regulatory purposes.
- By booking a treatment, you consent to these photographs being taken and stored securely.
6. Treatment Outcomes
- Results may vary based on individual factors.
- Skin Medic Solutions does not guarantee specific outcomes but will ensure all treatments are delivered safely and professionally.
7. Liability
- Skin Medic Solutions carries professional indemnity insurance.
- Liability for any adverse outcomes arising from undisclosed medical conditions, non-adherence to aftercare advice, or misinformation provided by the client is excluded.
8. Data Protection
- Your personal and medical data, including photographs, is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- By using our services, you consent to the collection and processing of your data for treatment, communication, clinical, and legal purposes.
9. Amendments
- Skin Medic Solutions reserves the right to update these T&Cs at any time.
- The latest version will be available on the website and applies to all bookings made thereafter.
